Not as advertised or pictured
There is nothing stunning or luxury about this place. The gray couch pictured was not there, and in its place was a Goodwill reject couch with missing pillows. I didn’t stay there, and the owner refused to fully refund, And then he filed an insurance claim for the damages that I pointed out to him upon my arrival. Perhaps the owner is just in a scam to book people who complain about the property so they can collect insurance.

I think client is a little bit harsh. First of all, those furniture didn't break themselves. Sloppy clients broke it. Now we are trying to fix things and make it presentable to next client. We replaced with brand new couch and blinds but we need reimbursement because we bought insurance. Things are not perfect but we are trying to correct things. Hope client is being fair. And you said half refund is ok. Why did you mention full refund again to go back on your words?

Very different than the listing
The location was convenient for what we needed. Everything else was far from the way it was presented. The entire place was dirty. Laminate floor was peeling up and barely attached in the downstairs bathroom and throughout the kitchen. There were no glasses at all and the Keurig was unusable due to the water reservoir not being there. There weren’t enough towels for the # of people that the listing states and the ones that were there were threadbare. The blinds on the sliding door were broken and missing at least half of them providing little to no privacy. The couch was missing the back cushion on half of it. Overall disappointing. I had to message the host for the check in code, etc because I still had not received it a few hours before we arrived. Parking pass process was confusing and the info was not on the fridge as instructed. We did eventually notice it on the back of the front door. The outdoor light for the unit was burned out - making it challenging to find it initially in the dark. All this to say- it was a place to sleep. If you want anything more than beds, I would choose another property.

We have different cups. Glasses cannot be provided because clients always end up breaking them and safety issue. We have 6 towels. I don't know how many towels are you expecting. We can definitely give more. Parking instruction is not an issue for everyone. We just moved it to the front door for convenience

A Comfortable Stay
I recently booked this house for my parents and sister. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful, with a nearby park and walking areas that made their stay even more enjoyable. The house itself was well-equipped with everything they needed to make their stay comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat.

Cute and Mostly Renovated - Needed Supplies Missing
We spent 2 nights at the townhouse while in town for a wedding. Townhouse in older complex & has been renovated and is pretty cute. Unit very clean. Limited seating ( I think 4 adults max) and not enough lamps. Kitchen cabinet over sink would not stay shut. Biggest issues were: 1-little kitchen equip utensils for 4, etc & supplies (no trash bags or can, supply roll of toilet paper (had 2 half rolls only), dishwasher detergent, paper towels) - we had to go to get these. Later owner replied and had cleaners drop by a roll of toilet paper & paper towels and single package of detergent. (It was later at night after we had things & gone to bed - believe it may have been a cleaners issue). 2- parking was a bit confusing. We had 2 cars and had process to register for 1 numbered space in the lot. That was great. However, other parking was confusing and was hard to understand in messaging with owner. To clarify, there are non-marked spaces in the center of the lot, but apparently there is likelihood of being towed if parked there. Have to walk out of the complex and park on the street in very limited space. We would have registered the car with the car seat for baby had we known that, but had already registered other one when we found out. There was not a process to switch. We used all 3 bedrooms and didn't have problem using the bathroom upstairs. Beds were comfortable and bedding was fine. Powder room on first floor for extra sink. Messaging with owner was delayed a bit but ok.

I got scammed.
The owner listed the unit as a “luxury townhouse”. This was certainly not a luxury townhome. But even besides that, one week before my stay, that was booked over two months in advance and paid for, I received a message from the owner, requesting me to leave a day early or pay more than the initially agreed-upon price. When I declined this, he recommended I cancel my booking now two days before I was supposed to arrive with my children. I ultimately paid the extra money, but still left a day early because of the lack of utensils in the kitchen. There were plates, coffee mugs, 1 pan, a broken single use coffee pot, and knives, but no other utensils to properly make a meal. It is obvious that the unit was dilapidated and then given a low level makeover with paint new carpet, and some flimsy furniture from Walmart. The couch was a futon that was broken and the back would not sit up. My sons and I made the most of it by eating out and using the home primarily to sleep in and use the one bathroom for the three bedroom unit. Will not be rent this unit again and super dissatisfied with the scam of 50% more money requested at the last minute. VRBO should not allow these bad business practices to happen.

This guest broke my rules by breaking dogs in my property. He left dog hair everywhere without telling me. This client never asked any questions about utensil. It is all in the dishwasher. not communicative at all. Bad client just wants to retaliate

The WiFi was a bit slow and had to be downstairs close to the WiFi box to be connected and some of the dishes were a bit dirty but other than that it was an amazing stay and the house was wonderful.

Ok
Over all the place Is fine, the only problem is towels, there was no hands towels and only 3 towels in the closet, also no hangers in the closet, no iron, and no hair dryer! Everything else is fine!
