And the neighborhood is very walkable with an ice cream stand, local park with tennis/pickleball and basketball...

“It was close to the institute which I found fascinating as you go there to become enlightened. And the Chautauqua golf course interestingly was the runway for Amelia Erhardt as she was speaking at the institute! My kids enjoyed it. I must come back with my friends next time. Thank u so much ”
