"There is no microwave in any of the rooms. You need to go to the pantry by the front desk to heat up any food you have. Room service is basically take out. I was told by front desk you need to call downstairs to a restaurant and be told what is available (no menu in the room either) then go downstairs to pick it up. I feel like the hotel doesn't accomodate their guests like they should. No one is going to want to be settled in their room just to go downstairs to heat up what they want to eat just to go back upstairs. No one after a long drive is going to want to pick up their own "room service" order. In the end, my opinion of the hotel is that it's not worth the money to spend due to lack of basic amenities and lsck of consideration to their guests who are paying good money to stay there. I know i will never be back there again....oh and the bed sheets are kinda scratchy as well and not soft like people would have at home."

"Room was gross. Wallpaper peeling, the floor between the main living and bathroom was broken and came apart. The beds were hard and the sheets were very thin "

"It would be great to have some cold water out for us, like many other hotels provide. Vending is not a good option for water. For vending, Coke Zero would have been nice for those of us who cut back on sugar. Breakfast waffles were good, but there is no protein in sight. No sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, or the like. Even some cold boiled eggs would have been very welcome. The outside light near the pool behind room #112 is a problem to shut out of our room. The hard metal chairs in the room are really bad. It's nice to watch TV without sitting on the bed. "

"The Inn was clean and orderly, and the staff were friendly. The location was right next to Cemetery Hill and within walking distance to the Diorama store and many shops and restaurants. It isn’t a fancy, high-end hotel, but it was comfortable except for the pillows, those were very firm/hard. The breakfast is a typical continental with make your own waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, bagels, tougher, oatmeal, juice and coffee. The Inn is comprised of different buildings next to each other so we couldn’t get to our room from the lobby so don’t carry in your bags when you check-in, wait to get your room assignment because you may have to drive around to a different parking lot. The building has keycard access from the outside so you need a key to enter the building, it’s the same keycard as your room so just the one. Overall, it was as expected. We didn’t choose the Inn for its amenities, we chose it for its price and location so as long as you know that, it didn’t disappoint. We’ll stay again."
