"Really wish it was crystal clear that there is NO air conditioning in the apartment. The TV wouldn’t work either. There is much they can improve upon with the check-in process. The address they gave led us (with all our luggage) to the apartment office—it was another long walk to the apartment itself. If it wasn’t for these experiences, the location is wonderful and the washer was helpful for our clothes."
