“It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all.”

“Excellent on all aspects. Close to airport less than 10 mins drive; very clean, almost new and modern amenities and accessories. Fast, professional support and prompt response. Our family enjoyed the stay and will highly recommend this place. We were in Newark for 4 nights to watch FIFA. Our family truly appreciated the comfortable stay and hospitality.”

“We loved this place! Great for 3 teenagers, a 4 year old and a Mom. Really safe, cute neighborhood area. The view of NYC from the kitchen and bedroom is spectacular! Parking was super easy, reserved and secured, off the street in its own lot. Everything was clean, spotless, updated and everything seemed like it was never used before. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. Loved how it was decorated!!! Great getaway, loved it!!!! ”

“Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service ”

“Upon arrival we noted that the property exterior was littered with trash and broken glass. It was also noted that there was nowhere to park your car except on the street. Property interior did not resemble the pictures that were posted online (compare what we saw with what is online). The neighborhood was sketchy, slum like and did not feel safe. We didn’t feel safe nor were the accommodations even marginally acceptable. ”

“The bathroom was a mess and back up, the entire rooms smell like urine and the towel were dirty the bed linen cause me to end up at the doctor after leaving the property. The experience was awful.”

“When we turned on the heaters, all the fuses blew and we had to spend the night without heat. The host didn't respond until the next day. There weren't enough towels and dishes. But overall, the house was fine.”
