“Walked in to the cleanest pub I have ever visited! It is modern, open plan and fresh! There is no food apart from an excellent cooked breakfast but they allow takeaway food in the pub and provide plates/cutlery. Very friendly and helpful! Rooms are small but very cosy and a comfortable bed! Although situated on a busy high road I never heard the traffic from my room!”

“After the warm welcome, we were shown to our room and all the room facilities were explained properly. The property has so much fascinating history and the current owners have gone thru great lengths to keep it all in the best conditions. We loved the breakfast with a great choice. “Absolutely outstanding place to stay,asked us what we wanted for breakfast and a fantastic bacon and egg sandwich was waiting in the warmer in the morning amongst a lot of other breakfast cereal too,you can even feed the cows in the field opposite 10/10”
