“We booked the hotel for the rooftop pool. I called the day prior to confirm our reservation and was not told that the pool was closed due to a problem with balancing the chemicals. I would have loved to rebook at a different hotel given we were staying during a heat wave and the beaches were impacted by the sewer bill. Upon check-in, we were told we could use the Jacuzzi, which was not an option. We were also informed that the reason there was a problem with the pool was because they were 1000……

“We booked what was called a “luxury” room. What a joke. Bare bones at best. There is no staff on property. Trouble checking in and then with the AC and calling a number on the room door reached someone in the Philippines! Horrible experience”

“Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances.……
