“The property overall was clean and nice as far as appearance goes, unfortunately that's where it stops. We were in a room that had NO windows, basically a cave with no natural light. Im not sure if all the rooms are like this, but certainly it was not mentioned while we were picking our room. The furniture in the room if you can call it that, was awkward and uncomfortable and not conducive to being able to enjoy some down time or relaxation. The noise was RIDICULOUS. We were on the……

“Nice place. Quiet and peaceful. Comfy beds. Cooking facilities were coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Pool was heated and clean. Breakfast was basic , continental. No hot items. Friendly, helpful staff. Supermarket and liquor store 5 minutes walk away. Nice view of the coast. Gloucester was a 20 mins walk away.”

“Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. ”

“We stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding in Gloucester. The property was clean, easy to find and very convenient. We had a marina view from our balcony which was nice. The restaurant was just okay but overall we would recommend it to anyone in the area. Also a good value for the area on a summer weekend.”

“We loved our place at the Long Beach Suites! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly want including a washer and dryer. It is so close to the beach! We loved sitting in the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. I didn’t realize I needed to checked messages through Expedia in order to check in. Once I figured that out, it was pretty easy. And the text messages were super helpful. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back!”

“The reason we picked this hotel was because the expedia listing said it provided an airport shuttle. When we got to Boston and and called for the shuttle they said they do not provide an airport shuttle and we have to take a cab or uber. Everything else with this hotel (room, staff, food) was fine. But the false advertising made us make a false choice.”

“This property is beautiful. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and we loved our stay! The bathroom was huge and we loved that there were bunk beds for the kids. We wished we could have stayed more than 1 night here! The small kitchen was really nice as well.”
