“Comfortable beds and clean. ”

“Great space! It had everything we needed for a weekend stay, and the location was right between the Cliff Walk and Thames Street, making it super convenient.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and welcoming property. It was a perfect location for our time in Newport, just 15 minutes from the beach. Phil was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and attentive. Very comfortable beds as well. We’d stay there again. ”

“beautifully decorated and quiet.”

“What a delight to find this gem of a property. The lawn is spacious the old trees are shady and the flower beds are well taken care of by the host. The apartment is comfy and close to historic Four Corners and Fogland Beach. The trails to the water’s edge and also an historic old mill site and bridge are within walking distance and made for enjoyable walking. I have family nearby and plan to return when I visit.”

“Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t...

“The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

“I do not recommend this place. We got almost no sleep our entire visit, there aren't real blinds on the bedroom windows - the blinds have gaps and don't block out light. The light from large liquor store sign across the street kept us up all night. The picture I included of the window was taken at 3 am, it's very bright. It's also very poorly insulated and we heard traffic all night. In addition to the noise and light, the unit wasn't well cleaned. We saw stains on one of the pillow covers, found...

“Easy access and enjoyable space to relax during a busy wedding weekend”

“The price was higher because of the 4th of July and it was the 250th anniversary- plus Bristol has the longest continuous celebration in the country. The kitchen is well stocked with a good selection of cook wear, coffee pots, toaster, microwave, etc. When we ran out of paper products, Karen resupplied us quickly. Karen answered my questions in a timely manner.”
