Bait and switch
Posted Feb 27, 2018I booked a 3 bedroom condo through Expedia. The description and pictures showed a large kitchen/ living room - perfect for our group of 6 travelling with kids. That is not what I got. Although our unit was decent, it was not what was advertised. It had a very small kitchen/ living room and about half of the space we expected. This may be a problem with Expedia or Whispering Pines. Either way. The price that I paid was not consistent with what I received.

Once there and in very memorable
Posted Jul 30, 2017 on HotelsDefinitely a winter resort. One where you arrive and stay put. Instructions on getting there and into the accommodation were sparse and we paid for two trips up the mountain instead of getting a cheaper pass as we didn't know about it. Having said that the staff were helpful, the views amazing and our stay memorable.

Okay condo, was less than expected.
Posted Aug 15, 2015It took mores than hour to get us into the condo after we arrived. The door lock didn't work and after a 7 hour drive I was disappointed.

Pros: it had everything in the rooms, even things you weren't expecting!
Location: a little far away from town and not much to do in the winter but we played games left by them ...... thouroghly enjoyed by all!
We went with 2 of our children and grandchildren, this was one of the most incredible experiences ever! I would highly recommend to anyone and I know we will be making this an annual family vacation! A definite GEM!
