"Dirty bathroom floor, water took 15-20 minutes to get warm and never got hot. checked in by a female who was anything but friendly. Seemed like she did not like being there. Hilton hotels are not what they used to be!"

"Great location ice machines down 2 of 3 floors Bug in bathtub no hand soap at sink took 20 minutes to get a breakfast burrito and I was the only order housekeeping did refresh but did not even empty the full trash can Front desk super nice Would not stay here next time"

"Toilet wouldn't flush, no water, phone out of order. When I checked out and reported issues, staff acknowledged they were aware but still put me in a room with no working water. I asked for manager to contact me but never heard back. Ice machine didn't work either. Would not recommend."

"Everything looked great! Checked in at 3 and staff was really nice!! Went in the room and everything was clean and organized. Tv was working good, bathroom was looking good, ac unit was good. Everything was worth it. "

"The rooms on the back side have been renovated. Our room was nice. Best place we have stayed in Troy so far. Breakfast was great for a hotel and all of the staff was very friendly. "
