The hotel was very quiet and clean. The staff provided excellent service. It was right in the middle of a great tourist area with easy access to all kinds of restaurants and tourist experiences. Close to the cruise port. We would definitely stay there again.

Arc la Rambla is in the centre of everything you need. Lots of restaurants, shops and very easy to grab transportation! Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable

The property did not have room available, and I understand as we were there by 8:00 am from a cruise. We asked them to hold our bags since we had an excursion. They have lockers that one had to pay to hold the bags. We wanted to weigh one of the bags, just to make sure is not overweight for travel. The hotel had a scale we needed to pay. To use the gym we needed to pay. Tv was not working we had to ask to move us to another room. Very inconvenient, we also needed a taxi to take us to the airport by 3:00am. They did call the taxi, but he arrived early and the meter was already marking 11.65 euros. Told us it was approximately 35. Euros to airport, charged us 51. Euros and the driver said they have a contract with the hotel. Very disappointed. Would like to ask for a refund if at least as we were very unhappy with the facility selected by Expedia.

Dear Edwin Adorno,Thank you very much for choosing us to your stay in Barcelona and for your freedback.We are a hotel with high occupancy and it is specified in the reservation that our check-in time is at 15:00. The extra services and external companies are paid, the lockers have a cost of 2 per day, the scale costs 1 and the outside gym 13. Regarding the TV, you informed reception, and the maintenance staff went to check your room. The previous guest had broken the TV cable, for your convenience for watching tv, we change your room. We regret your dissatisfaction about the taxi rates and regulations. It's important to note that the taxi service in Barcelona is regulated by the State, including fares, and is an external service to our hotel, we do not have any contract with the taxis. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean. Breakfast was ok. La Rambla is I very busy and noisy street. The nightlife went on until 2am, and the traffic started around 7am. Just five hours of quiet.

Very small room, although I paid for the upgraded version with balcony and more room. The tv in the room is not even 26 inches, and the towels are a little harsh. Breakfast buffet was very good. I stayed in two separate occasions, 3 nights in April 2024 and 1 night in may 2024, and in my second stay, my room did not even have a small refrigerator despite having paid for the same type of room. The staff is professional and speak fluent English which is great.

Everything was extra including a 2 euro charge to store luggage before checking in. Smallest room we ever had anywhere. Your photo shows a king bed and our reservation indicated that as well. The room had only a double bed. When we complained their reply was that the double bed was all that would fit. We could only have a king bed in a larger room with a significant up charge. We liked the location and the complimentary water in the lobby. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable but very busy.

The Staff from the Clerical to House Keeping was absolutely remarkable. Our room was kept spotless and the clerical were quick to go beyond our expectations. What my wife and I did not like was the extreme street noise which had a very adverse effect on our attempt to get a good nights sleep.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. It was conveniently locared on the La Rambla, close to th Columbus Statue end of La Rambla. It was also within easy walking distance to the Cruise Bus Stop. The hotel was very clean, safe and comfortable. If we are back in Barcelona we would stay here again.

The staff was hospitable about keeping luggage temporarily between checkout and our departure time for a cruise. They however would not offer any late checkout. This hotel is in an excellent location to explore Barcelona.

This hotel is at the bottom end of the Rambla, close to the port and there is a lot of construction occurring at this end. We were warned by taxi drivers and locals not to be out late or in the western direction off the Rambla, but there are no cafes or shops there. We were close to the Gothic quarter about a 15 min walk to Barcelona cathedral. Lots of eating options in the area. Our hotel room was about $200/ night and we booked it for 5 nights. European rooms are typically small. We had one suitcase rack, but the other suitcase was open on the floor. There was a credenza/desk but it would have been very helpful if it had some drawers. The closet had 4 hangers. There was a safe and a small fridge in the room which was nice and the bathroom had nice fixtures and was very clean. The breakfast for 14 euros was good value, and served anAmerican style breakfast.

I arrived to the hotel 2 hours before check in and my room was ready which was super important given the 12 hour journey to get there. That was greatly appreciated. The property did lack some amenities but nothing too critical. Overall my room was clean and quiet considering the location of the hotel being in such a busy area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I went for seven days and this hotel was perfect! We had a great view of La Rambla (one of Barcelona's oldest neighborhoods). Great food options, walkable to museums and the metro. We arrived about four hours prior to check-in, and the staff was amazing! Fortunately, they checked us in to a room that was ready. I was very much grateful after an 8 hour flight. Overall, it was an ideal location, it was clean, staff was helpful. It has a breakfast buffet option, but you can find a bakery for coffee and a croissant for less money.
