“As a history lover, we enjoyed staying in this older home. It was beautifully decorated, and reflected the arts and crafts era. The home was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My kids also enjoyed it, but it was a bit tricky keeping the baby from the stars (which I expected), and keeping him quiet for those living below. Communication with the property owner was great as well. My only concern was that some of the surrounding areas were a bit run down and we noticed some shady people...

“Nice small quiet neighborhood cat fishing out the back door!! Wouldn’t recommend swimming as the river moves very fast. Comfortable beds. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Nice get away for a family if you are looking for peace and quiet. ”

“Great location for what we were in town for! The house had all we needed!!! Big kitchen great for preparing meals, comfortable living room furniture, 4 bedrooms with nice sized beds for 6 adults. Deck and backyard to hang out in. Quiet neighborhood. Didn’t even realized the furnished basement until the morning we left. So more “living space” or kids game play, if needed. Very nice we enjoyed our stay and will stay again!! ”

“13 of our family aged 7 to 74 had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. There was more than enough room and privacy to accommodate us and all the equipment and furnishings we needed to have a spectacular as well as comfortable stay. The kids especially enjoyed the lower level and the game tables there while the adults enjoyed the wonderfully equipped kitchen on the main floor where we cooked every meal.
