Check in was easy with the codes. There were lots of kitchen utensils and dishes pots and pans etc. the place was nice looking, lovely master bath & the view was amazing.The only negative thing we found was where the other people park? We parked in the underground parking with a parking pass but my son/ d-in-law parked in the lot by the restaurant or across the street in the realtor lot. Both said no overnight parking. So where does anyone else park (overnight) while staying at the condo?. Other than that, the place, setting, amenities were wonderful. The host was very helpful and the lobby area was great for us. Great stay, loved it!

Perfect location!

We stayed in this Base Camp condo for our niece’s wedding at Granby Ranch. Perfect location for a view of the chairlift and proximity to the wedding venue.

Great spring break stay!

Great location at the base camp, clean and comfortable. Would stay here anytime you are wanting an easy ski in/out location while visiting Granby.

Great location

Location cannot be beat! Very convenient and easy for the family and great view of the slopes. Comfortable beds. Wish there were TVs in the bedrooms or even local cable TV and we had to go buy paper towels, trash bags, Kleenex etc, so bring paper products. Overall great stay!

Perfect Location!

We had a great time staying in this condo at Base Camp One. The unit was clean, fairly well stocked, and the location couldn’t be better. We had an issue with check-in but the owner was very responsive. We stayed there with our three young kids and the bunk bed was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Great slope side condo. The snow grooming machines did make sleep difficult. The condo was just as described and plenty comfortable.

Best location for skiing at Granby Ranch

The Base Camp One condo building is located next door to the ski lodge, and the balcony of this condo unit is about 50 yards from the chair lift. So the location is the best you'll find for skiing Granby Ranch. The condo building is a bit dated, but if you're coming to ski this won't be a problem for you.

3rd year in a row

Once again a great stay. We already booked for next year making it our 4th year in that unit. Personally, I think it’s the best unit in the building. We had a pipe come disconnected under sink. We called unit owner and he had someone there within the hour to fix it. They had put in new flooring and it was very nice as well.

Mardi Gras Ski Trip

Condo is in the perfect location for our family ski trip. Easy access to the lifts. Condo was very clean, roomy and had everything we needed. We had an amazing time and hope to visit again!

Great Location

We where there for a fall wedding and it was a grea location with most of the activities in the Base Camp complex next store. The unit showed a little age but was comfortable and well maintained. Beds , Beadrooms & Bathroom where all very nice. The unit was stocked with basics and was clean. In the ski season great view of the slopes & lifts with easy access off the first floor. The electronic door entry could use a update. We had nemerious times when it took us 3-4 tries to get the doors to open. I weould stay in this unit again.

Amazing Getaway

Escaped the heat in Boulder for three fabulous days at Granby Ranch. The location of this place is perfect. The condo is really nice, too! Fun downhill biking with no crowds.

Great spot near Winter Park, Granby and Hot Sulphur Springs

Enjoyed our stay. Well stocked unit. Quiet in the evenings. Underground garage access was convenient. Host was responsive to my text. Lack of a/c was not an issue.

Excellent small town stay

2nd floor had great views, and everything was very close. Loved the garage parking, pool, and hot tub. It was clean but could use a detailed cleaning on the sofa pullout and blinds. We loved it and would stay again.
