We had booked the night at the hotel months in advance and arrived on the day of checkin just to hear from the reception that they have a „problem with the room“ and that they booked us into another sister hotel of theirs. The issue with this was it was 4 km outside the city and was only a four star. Never experienced something like this in any other five star hotel! Will never go back there

Traveling with my blind mother and 5 year old daughter, we were warmly welcomed - our room was huge and beautiful and there were some lovely surprises waiting for my little girl. She was delighted and so are we. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Gorgeous!

Wow is the world to describe this hotel. Exceptional might be another one. I can not believe the level attention to detail, luxury & service. Every single member of staff we encountered from the valet team, the luggage transporters, reception staff & breakfast staff were remarkably kind, fun and friendly as well as helpful. This is the BEST hotel we have ever stayed in our lives… and we have stayed in many fancy and expensive hotels during our lives and this one beats them all. Do not book anywhere else for your stay. As a family of three we are sad we didn’t stay the whole week for our trip. We will back. Well done to EVERYONE. 10/10 for everything. Merci!!!!!!!

Pool and outside amenities dirty to the point we did not use at all which ruined our vacation . Door to room had large piece broken on inside. Tiles chipped in bathroom. Skirting boards dirty. Overall would not give this hotel the star rating it receives and would certainly be hesitant in using your website again to book our next holiday
