Absolute worst motel ever. Tub faucet leaked, toilet broken, broken tile, inferior sheets all pilled, room smelled like mildew. Cobwebs everywhere. Do not recommend this motel anymore. We would like a refund. Manager of hotel will not speak to us.

We arrived about 1:30. I was told by the girl at the front desk to come back 3. She wasn’t very kind. I asked if the restaurant was open all she did was point to the entrance to the restaurant. No mention that it was going to be closing soon and wouldn’t reopen till 5. We killed some time and came back at 2:45. Someone new at the desk now. I asked if we needed to come back in 15 minutes. She said no. I mentioned my earlier conversation. She made a comment about others being more strict. I felt like the first girl was lazy. The second one was very nice and helpful. She told us the restaurant would open for dinner at 5. We’d driven a long way and would’ve eaten the first time we tried to check in if we’d known we wouldn’t be able to eat til 5. We used the hot tub which was dirty and not super hot. On the 2nd night there was someone in the room above us. The noise was unbearable. It sounded like kids running and jumping. We did eat dinner here which was decent but very expensive. The faucet in the tub dripped nonstop. The toilet was bad. You had to hold the handle until it flushed all the way or it wouldn’t flush. The best thing about this hotel is the distance from the Grand Canyon, the reason for our stay.

The Grand Canyon Inn is in Valle AZ. about 30 minutes south of the Grand Canyon entrance. There is a gas station, restaurant and a nice pool. Our room was good size and clean. The restaurant had good food. Be aware…. There is NOTHING else there. It was a fine place to stay for us since at the end of the day we just want to eat and hit the room.

Very disappointed you could have ESPN in the bar, but next to nothing in the rooms. With limited entertainment in the area, it would've been nice to relax in the room with some TV
