“The property itself was nice and clean. However the staff was awful. We had booked and paid for a king deluxe suite through Expedia the day prior to check in and got a marvelous rate for it. When we arrived to check in the lady at the front desk informed us that the suite we had reserved was indeed available but that we had not paid enough for it. She called her manager for direction. “For a non-smoking room it smelled like someone had just smoked a carton of Camels all at once. I had to go buy a bottle of Febreeze and doused the whole room in order to stand being in there. The place was nowhere near the standard I would have expected from a Days Inn or a Wyndham. It was run down bad. The shower made a squealing sound the whole time it was on. I booked the room through Expedia but when I went to check out the front desk staff said I needed to pay. I showed her my payment……
