Direct access to the beach by a staircase without crossing the road. Private boat garage with possibility to rent two bikes and two paddles. Several Golf Nearby - Ideal for families: one bedroom with 160 cm bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds.

Wonderfully modern with amazing views of the sea
Only problem was the 2nd bedroom was very tiny and had bunk beds which of course made it uncomfortable for a 55 year old woman. Aside from this everything was excellent

Emplacement idéal pour les amoureux de la mer
Appartement très lumineux avec vue magique sur mer et le port de Granville. Belles balades dans la ville qui a beaucoup de charme. Le départ des bateaux vers Chausey n’est qu’à 15mns à pied. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

Super beliggenhed og rigtig hyggelig lille by. OBS at børneværelset er meget lille, og at sengene er en køjeseng bedst velegnet til små børn med tynde madrasser. Døren binder og kan ikke lukkes.

Ein genialer Blick aufs Meer
Eine wunderbare helle und geräumige Wohnung, die leider einen kleinen Renovierungsstau hat. Die Markise hat sehr gefehlt, der defekte Rollladen auf dem Balkon war unschön - der kleine Ersatzsonnenschirm wirklich kein Ersatz. Ansonsten haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Highlight war sicherlich die Wohnküche mit dem Blick aufs Meer.

Quel bonheur
Superbe appartement avec une vue à couper le souffle. Une tranquillité extraordinaire Dès que votre réservation est faites vous recevez toutes les informations pour faciliter votre arrivée . L appartement est très bien organisé il ne manque rien dans la cuisine. Beaucoup de petits détails ( couteau à huître pince à crabe pique à bigorneaux…. ) côté cuisson parfait aussi Le salon est vraiment agréable avec un grand canapé et une belle table pour les repas. Côté terrasse il y a aussi tout pour se reposer et déjeuner. La chambre est parfaite le lit très confortable. Il y a une autre petite chambre avec deux lits superposés. La salle de bain est grande et les toilettes séparés. L appartement est décoré avec soin. Isabelle vous répondra rapidement. J ai envoyé plusieurs questions et les réponses ont toujours étaient claires et rapides. L appartement est très bien situé. Nous avons tout fait a pied marché restaurant grandes balades. En plus vous avez 2 vélos et 2 paddles. Que du bonheur. Merci Isabelle

Vue mer côté salon, bruit rue côté chambres
Le spectacle des marées et des sorties du port, à travers la grande baie vitrée du salon est magnifique. Vous pouvez profiter d’un accès direct à la plage via quelques escaliers. L’appartement est propre et équipé du juste nécessaire. Bémol à cette location, les fenêtres des chambres laissent passer beaucoup de bruit et en l’occurrence ce n’est pas celui des vagues mais de la rue très passante qui passe derrière.

Appartement très agréable, emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pieds, faire ses courses. Vue imprenable sur le port et les activités nautiques. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Nous avons profité du balcon ensoleillé pour diner et se détendre. A conseiller!
