"We went for a rest and found the tranquil country setting ideal. For horsey people there is lots to enjoy, including the option to bring your own horse and/or dog but for us it was an opportunity to catch up on reading and some study."

Our kids loved the puzzles available, and the single child's room was perfect for our son. Lovely touches that made the cottage feel like home during our stay. We will definitely be back!"

"Rustic and clean, with everything you need for a short stay. Close to CBD and botanic gardens. At dusk, hundreds of fruit bats give you a flyover. Excellent base for touring the area."

"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...
