Nice, comfortable, and quiet property on the Serifos harbour. It is no frills, but everything you need is at you doorstep here (restraunts, shop, beach). The owner is very friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning helped keep out all the sand I was tracking from the beach too :) My only minor quibble is the fridge could be a bit noisy at night, if you're a light sleeper like me. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was well situated, adjacent to the beach and just a short stroll from restaurants, markets and other businesses in the port. My room, Room #1, was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, measuring about 7 1/2 feet wide. I'd recommend the hotel, but not Room #1. That said, it did, however, have a lovely little balcony. But then so did the other rooms in the hotel. The owner, Dimitri, was very nice, though we had to wait about 45 minutes to check in, because he was in Athens and the hotel's minder was nowhere to be found.

Cyclades Hotel has a very good location, it’s a quiet place, the rooms are modern and furnished with a good taste. From the balcony there’s a nice view of the sea. Dimitris is the best host.

A nice hotel to relax by the sea.
Excellent room with nice accommodation and comfort bed. Nice view to the sea. It was cleaned every day. Very friendly staff. It is located 1 minute from the center of Livadi. There is no parking and the car was left almost 500 metres away or 4 to 5 minutes walk.

The owners Demetrius and Costas are super nice and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from the ferry. My single room fit my needs and wants perfectly -- clean, small, well-kept & w/ a small balcony facing the bay.

We were just three steps away from the beach! We could wake up and dip into the sea immediately. What's better than that? The taverna on the beach is part of the hotel so very convenient. Only thing the room does get hot, but there is air conditioning. It's also very close to bus stop and ferry, so easy to explore the island from there. I'd definitely come back!

Nice and taken care to the small detail
Cyclades hotel is a really great choice! The rooms have been recently renovated in simple but, still great style for a comfortable stay. Note that even the shower, which usually is a problem in the Greek Islands, is nicely designed: big enough even for big people and with super water pressure! The staff is friendly and always available, and the location great on the main road of a pretty and safe from the winds beach. A nice place in a magic island, I will definitely return.

Amazing views
We had a room on the top floor where the views are spectacular. It has a huge patio shared with another room - fine if you have nice quiet neighbours like we did. It had a couple of sun loungers on it. It would be nice if there were a couple more so both rooms had some. It is 5 min walk from the port, right next to the beach and restaurants and bars. Our room was big and very clean with a good sized bathrooms. Comfortable bed and bedding. Could have done with some more pillows but didn't get round to asking. Wifi doesn't work on the top floor but a small price to pay for the view!

What more do you want ,excellent
We had room 10 on the top floor with a huge shared balcony with one other room . What a view whether in the morning for breakfast or early evening drinks and of course a night cap the view of the beach or chora was perfect. The hotel owner Costa and his staff where all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us . Even Costa father was teaching us some Greek words what a sweetie. The island for us was perfect just enough to do at night and loads of private and beautiful beaches to choose from.As Arnie would say We'll be back.

Cute hotel in a wonderful island!
It was a hotel perfect for its size and comfort. In the centre of town close to all amenities and the port and yet its location enabled us to just cross the street and dive into a clean blue sea!The value for money with superb even if it was on high season. Friendly staff, clean, quite perfect for relaxing holidays! Thoroughly recommend it!

The whole stay here was very enjoyable. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the room was nice, and the location was ideal. Would definitely stay here again!! Photo is the view from the hotel's restaurant.

Dejligt ophold hos Demitri
Meget meget venlige og hjælpsom. Værelset var ikke så stort, men der var meget rent og pænt. Der var en stor altan til værelset. Demitri fik hjælp af den sødeste, livsglade ,modne kvinde. Der er ingen servering, men området bugner af bagere, restauranter og caféer, så det er ukompliceret at få sin mad.

Super friendly owner Dimitris and great location
I will definitely recommend this place! The owner, Dimitris was so friendly and helpful - he even came and picked us up from the port. He also arranged the taxi for the wine tour - which was really good as there are only four taxis on the island so it is not a guarantee to get one. The room was very clean. Great location in the middle of literally everything in Livadaki, right next to the beach bus station and a stone throw away from the Chora station. You can’t go wrong with this one. But choose the sea view appartment! We took the mountain view, it was nice, but I am sure the sea view would have been worth the extra money.
