“Smoking bench was right outside front door. Had to walk through smoke to get inside and it wafted into the building as well. Housekeeping left by noon and since we were still there at noon our room did not get cleaned. But overall was still a good hotel.”
“Lots of history in this building. Room was small, but neat, clean, and orderly. Bathroom was freshly remodeled and bed was okay. Townhoues Cafe on the square nearby was a great place for breakfast. I would stay here again - Good value for the price. I stayed here to avoid $200-$300/ night hotels in Branson.”
“Wasn’t a bad place, pool was a little dirty, stains on the linens, fridge went out during our stay and ruined our stuff. Bed was comfortable easy access while we explored the area. Staff was great.”
“The owners have beautiful cats who greet guests at the office door!! The cats don't roam, they just go in and out of the office. Robert is Swiss and has that Old World charm!! Property is immaculate and nicely furnished; just what we needed after a long drive. We'll return there.”
“The room was a little dated but dont let that fool you. The room was Very clean and the staff was wonderful. They are in the process of updating the property and all the rooms. I would stay there again if I am back in Eureka Springs.”
