“On check in (9pm) the night shift lady that helped us was very nice and friendly and that’s about as good as it got. I booked the best & most expensive suite they offered which included a balcony and Jacuzzi tub. As soon as we walked into the room you could tell they had not cleaned this room in a very long time, there was a ton of dust and dead bugs all over the room. The carpet needed vacuuming, tile floor needed to be mopped, the jacuzzi was very dirty, we almost walked into a giant spider……
