The facility and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Food was fresh and good, bar area was relaxing, and it was fun that they were in the "spirit" of the ACC Tournament! Only issue we had was replenishing the towels in our room, but when we requested them they got them right to us! Great Experience! We will be back!

The bed was the best hotel bed I had ever slept in. The handicapped accessible room and bathroom were spacious. Loved the view overlooking the ballpark.

We stopped in Greensboro on a long road trip and wanted a place that was secure, clean, and allowed dogs. We were really happy we located Hyatt Place and spent a night there. Is is well located and incredibly clean with spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel and parking are also very secure. A bonus was taking our dog on a nighttime walk and seeing incredible live music outdoors at a nearby brewery!!

The property was situated conveniently downtown. Lobby, bar, restaurant and rooms were clean. Kudos to the breakfast crew - hot, cold and tons of choices! Check in and check out were fast despite of them not having enough rooms ready by check-in time. Cons: they didn't have rooms available during check-in so we had to pay extra to get the available "upgraded" room. Parking is not free and is shared by the nearby condos.
