Thank you for taking the time to leave of a review of your stay, and we are very disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay in our cabin. After a time at our cabin this summer, we found the bathroom is not up to our standards either and requires a remodel. While it is functional, we anticipate this remodel being done this fall. Future guests are being contacted to alert them of the bathroom situation and allow them time to consider alternative plans. The information provided in our listing (written descriptions, sleeping accommodations, group size considerations, pictures, amenities, appliances available, map of area, etc) is there for our guests to evaluate and determine if our place is suitable for them and meets their needs. We strive to be transparent for our guests and provide all the necessary information, so they can make the best decision possible to match their needs with what our cabin provides. Unfortunately, there are times when there is a disconnect, and we do our best to work with our guests to make things right for them.

Judy, we appreciate all of our reviews and wish that your experience at our cabin had been more to your liking. We understand that our guests have varied cleanliness expectations, and we do our best to accommodate each of them. Our property manager welcomes calls and wants to know of such concerns, so she can resolve them for you immediately. We provide a large grill brush for our guest to use as well as baking dishes, which are located in the lower storage compartment of the stove. The specifics mentioned have been taken care of and shared with our property manager for future guests.

Hello Michael, Thanks for taking the time to write us a review of your stay. We are sorry that you were disappointed that wifi was not available at our camp. For many of our guests, this is a big plus, because they look forward to unplugging while on vacation. We do our best to inform our guests of what our camp is and is not equipped with so that there are no surprises. In the Overview section of our description, we share that wifi is not available and direct them to a location in town with wifi.
