"Clean room and exactly what we expected"

"Check-in involved a very long wait, which was frustrating right from the start. My stay was very disappointing overall. When I arrived in the room, the sheets were dirty, and I had to request cleaning and toiletries multiple times before anything was done. The fridge in the room didn’t work, and there was no microwave in the room. I only found out days later that there was a microwave in the main lobby building, which is something that should have been mentioned on the first day. The shower was also leaking badly—I had to use towels just to keep the floor dry. To make matters worse, I even found someone else’s false lashes on the floor in the room—completely unacceptable and very unhygienic. The room itself looked very old and felt more like a motel than a hotel. On top of that, the front desk did not answer the phones, and even basic amenities like the iron were not working. After third day they tidy the room only one side. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet expectations. The only thing good is the location. "

"Check in was a breeze...the room was amazing. The view of the beach and the parking. They have plenty of parking even though most want to park by the main entrance but they also have garage parking. The beach, staff and atmosphere was great.I definitely recommend"
