“Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. ”

“Fantastic stay at Titanic. Rooms are huge , we had a superior with dock view, bath and a shower. The thermal spa downstairs is a lovely touch and was a nice spot to relax . Staff were excellent - Hayden on the front desk especially good Breakfast is fantastic, buffet style but lots to chose from and all fresh. About £8 in a taxi from Liverpool One but walkable if we had more time. Would highly recommend and would stay again! ”
