“We liked where the property was situated ans we had a sea view. The room itself was nice but small and very warm, the curtains was very heavy to draw so a blind would have been better. “A warm welcome on arrival before being taken to room. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable bed and en-suite shower room. Great view over Mersey to Liverpool. The breakfast was beautifully cooked. Local transport links to Liverpool only minutes walk. The owner and her son make you so welcome it’s almost like a b&b. Had a great stay and would highly recommend.”

“Superb stay - all the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Room was comfortable and clean - nice touch having water and biscuits. Breakfast was excellent - very well cooked . A few spaces for parking outside but we also found street parking easily enough nearby. Very handy for the pier, orme & promenade - all about 5 mins walk. Would definitely stay again.”

“A beautiful, well-maintained old (17C) building, complemented by the warm welcome from co-owner Elvira. We didn't meet her husband, but he was clearly hard at work in the kitchen. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms comfortable. The rooms felt quite opulent, with large mirrors, stained glass, pretty décor, a well-stocked ensuite bathroom, and deep beds. We slept and ate well!”
