“Very polite and helpful staff very clean and tidy general areas and the rooms were immaculate some furniture looked a little dated but certainly were not damaged in any way and still very servicable I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

“This spa hotel was an amazing find. We went from “let’s have an impromptu family trip to Wales for the weekend” to “let’s eat delicious food, get massages, enjoy the hydrotherapy circuit, and beachcomb”. Would absolutely stay there again.”

“Another few days spent at the hotel following bereavement. Rooms clean and spacious. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Bar food good really cheerful bar staff.

“Beautiful location with the stream running in front. Located in a quaint village - it was lovely and quiet! Room was lovely and very spacious and breakfast was delicious. About a 45 minute drive to Llangollen which was a lovely place to visit. Sian and the cleaner (so sorry I forgot her name!) we're extremely friendly and helpful, even gave me access to their mobile hot-spot and helped with local attraction advice. The check-in / bar staff were a little less helpful, including dinner service -……
