The hotel is located right at Lime Street station. The room was very good with the breakfast very tasty. Simon at the Reception was very helpful at our checkin advising many tips about Liverpool and eating options. The hotel was a great place to stay.

Great location and room. Room was ready early. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Right next door to the theatre. Kettle didn't work, but was quickly exchanged. Would stay here again.

This is is the second time I have stayed here. A lovely hotel in a building which is full of history and character. Comfortable well appointed modern rooms and good amenities, with quirky art work, but still retaining original features like the beautiful stained glass and the striking stair case. Staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is good. Fantastic location next to Lime Street Station, with an exit door leading straight onto the concourse. A short walk to both Liverpool Empire and Playhouse, makes it a very convenient place to stay when visiting the theatre.

The Raddison Red is perfect for your travels by train. Right beside the Lime street terminal. It's very clean and comfortable. Our room was well appointed even if a little on the small side. The food, dinner & breakfast were good.

The hotel is next to Liverpool Lime Street Station making it perfect base to explore Liverpool. The air conditioning in the June 2026 heatwave was a godsend, the hotel is also clean, tidy and the staff polite and helpful.

Lovely room with comfortable bed. The shower room was large and clean with very fluffy towels. Great air conditioning in the room, complimentary tea/coffee and water bottles. Hanging rail was adequate for our 2 night stay. The restaurant is nice. Breakfast was quite good but a tad pricey.
