The Landings was better than expected. The resort was impeccable, the grounds were stunning and the staff was beautiful. Gorgeous beach, delicious and high quality food & drinks (worth the all inclusive), clean, spacious and well appointed rooms. We booked a 2 bedroom villa and asked for an upgrade at check-in and were offered a 3 bedroom at no charge.

Beautiful property right by the beach with easy access to food as part of all inclusive. Food was great even the room service. Super friendly staff. The only thing we didn’t really enjoy were mosquitos/flies in the room since we were at the ground level. Don’t forget to bring bug spray since it costs a lot to buy one at the gift shop. Otherwise, all was wonderful!!

The staff at the restaurants (only two open, one was closed for renovations) were extremely friendly and helpful. I wish we could say the same for the front desk and gift shop. The food was nothing special, and significantly overpriced for what you received. We also did not enjoy the overly used dinner buffets vs ordering off the menu. The buffets were extremely overpriced, and the food was sub-par at best. We also had zero interest in the butler service, but the beach front room we wanted required the butler service. We did not find much benefit to the butler service, and could have done everything ourselves which they did for us. As a matter of fact, we did do much of it ourselves. Unfortunately, we were also there for hurricane Berle. We completely understand the skeleton crew being on property while others were able to be with their families to prep and wait out the storm. However we believe the way the resort management prepared for and managed the resort, closing the pools a day early, lack of communications, poor food options, etc. during this two-day period was very disappointing. They acted as if they were doing us a favor by providing a free lunch delivered to the room, the only form of compensation offered. This lunch was prepared and delivered with no selections available, which resulted in two members of our family not eating it due to not liking the type of food provided. We loved Saint Lucia, but definitely staying at another resort for our next visit.

I am so sad to write this review this resort is a 2-star resort at best. My family and I were so excited to celebrate two milestone birthdays at this location (My mom 50th and my brother-in-law 40th birthday). The all-inclusive isn't truly all inclusive you have to pay extra for (Shrimp, Steak, Lobster, Champagne, and most wines) and there are only two functional restaurants at this property. At the end of our stay here I was apologizing to my 15 family and friends for picking this resort. I would not return or recommend anyone to stay here. For more details of our horrendous vacation please see below. The room: When we arrived, we were greeted with drinks and informed our room had been upgraded. Which I found hard to believe being that I booked the 3-bedroom butler ocean front room from the beginning. However, we were still pleased to hear it. Little did we know the beautiful room would come with no air condition and a broken refrigerator. We quickly let it be known to management and through many attempts and promises it took 3 days for the refrigerator to be fixed and instead of working air condition we were given fans. I will say they did try to remedy the situation by showing us other rooms with little to no view, worn out furniture, and strange orders. In the end we decided to tough it out in our hot room. My family and I stayed at this hotel and we were comfortable throughout our stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent everyday. I would definitely recommend family and friends.

The Landings was well maintained, spacious and had an excellent beach area! Clean beach, nice water, comfortable rooms and a great place to relax! I was very impressed with the service here. They had a butler service that was amazing and our butler made us feel important and that he would look out for all of our needs as well as safety. Impeccable service! Well trained staff! They were remodeling one restaurant so we really only ate one place. The food can get expensive so cooking in or a meal plan may be a good idea. The spa was wonderful as well and we enjoyed the massages and service there.

The property is lovely. The wait staff and servers were very kind and always there to assist. Our greatest challenge was our air-conditioner did not work. After 3 days of the staff attempting to fix it, they upgraded us to a beautiful grand villa. However, unfortunately the air did not work in our master bedroom in that villa either. The staff tried to fix it and finally brought us oscillating fans the final night there. There was easily a 15 degree difference. If it were not for the lack of urgency regarding our air-conditioning… I would say the resort is top notch. Beautiful pools, marina, and views of St. Lucia. The front desk did comp us $500 at the end of our stay for the troubles, but honestly I just wanted air. But, we appreciated it,nonetheless.

One of the most exquisitely designed hotels I have ever stayed in!!! Wonderful and helpful staff. We stayed in a suite with a Marina view and plunge pool. The rooms are spacious, clean with amazing views of the Marina. It was like staying in your own apartment. The meals were excellent. Had an all inclusive package and lots of variety in the buffet options. If you want to escape to one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean go to The Landings and explore St Lucia. Definitely hope to return to The Landings.

This is an amazing hotel. Just absolutely stunning! Beautiful beach, spacious suite, absolutely spotless but still full of charm! The restaurants on site are really good and the service at reception, onsite restaurants and particularly house keeping - second to none!! 10 mins from Rodney Bay and walkable to Pigeon Island as we were attending the Jazz Festival. Definitely going back next year!! AAA
