Excellente location
Le logement est impeccable et très bien équipé ( lave linge , lave vaisselle, four à micro onde, fours, 2 climatisations: le tout fonctionne très bien et il ne manque rien. La salle de bain est très belle et très fonctionnelle. La piscine est belle et propre avec une sublime vue sur la mer. L’appartement est a 10 minutes a pied de la plage de la viva et des commerces, glaciers, restaurants festifs. C’est un endroit très animé et très agréable. La résidence mériterait un petit rafraîchissement et un peu plus d’éclairage public le soir pour accéder à la résidence Terra Bella.Les propriétaires sont très serviables et réactifs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Porticcio. Nous recommandons vivement.

Idéal pour une famille !
L’appartement est très bien situé pour profiter de toute la baie d’Ajaccio, juste à côté des plages, restaurant et magasin. Tte si en refait, l’appartement est idéal pour une famille avec en petit plus, la climatisation et la piscine commune en haut de la résidence avec son bar. Les hôtes sont extrêmement gentils et à l’écoute et font tout pour que le séjour se passe à merveille ! On recommande vivement

Schöne Wohnung, Anlage etwas ungepflegt
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnanlage könnte besser gepflegt werden. Die Wege zu den Wohnungen waren stark verschmutzt und die Pflanzen der Anlage ungepflegt. Während der 5 Tage Aufenthalt wurde kein Hausmeister gesichtet. Insgesamt trotzdem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Appartement très propre, très bien équipé. Le plus, lits faits à l'arrivée, mise à disposition serviettes de toilette, fond d'épicerie et surtout la clim. Nous avons rencontré Robert lors de notre arrivée, personne très accueillante. Nous avons pu communiquer avec Alexandra par téléphone, qui a été bienveillante en nous demandant si nous étions bien installés etc... Plages et centre ville à proximité. Je recommande.

Séjour formidable
Nous avons passé un séjour formidable en famille dans le logement d Alexandra et Robert. La communication avant notre arrivée était au top et l accueil également. La propreté du logement était irréprochable. Ce duplex est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et est très bien équipé (très bonne literie, ustensiles de cuisine complets, placards ...). Les propriétaires se sont rendus disponibles tout au long de notre séjour en cas de besoin. La piscine de la résidence ainsi que le petit bar accolé étaient très plaisants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et les yeux fermés. Merci à Alexandra et Robert !

Un très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement qui est spacieux et comporte beaucoup de rangements. Il est rénové avec goût et tout y est de qualité (Matériaux, meubles, électroménagers, literie,....). Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. La vaisselle et les accessoires de cuisine sont en grande quantité, tout est très pratique. Nous avons rencontrés les propriétaires qui sont très sympathiques et ont le soucis du bien être de leurs locataires. Le linge fournit est vraiment un plus et il sentait très bon. Le nettoyage était impeccable (et pourtant je suis un peu maniaque (-: ). Le seul petit point négatif mais qui n'est pas lié au logement est le bruit surtout côté rue, mais qui peut être neutralisé en fermant les fenêtres et en mettant la clim la nuit. Encore une fois merci pour votre accueil et votre délicate attention avec les produits régionaux qui n'ont pas tous fait le trajet du retour.
