Nice duplex apartment of 50m2 for 6 persons, quiet, close to the sea and shops.

A living room with kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, hob, small electric household ...), dining room and a lounge area with flat screen TV.
A bathroom (bath-shower and sink), separate toilet.
A balcony terrace of 6m2 overlooking the bush, garden furniture and electric barbecue.
A room with 2 single beds (90x190), closet.
The first floor includes:
A room containing a double bed (140x190), a closet and a loft with a bunk bed (90x200), closet.
A basement is arranged to accommodate the washing machine and bicycles.
