My stay was amazing but my shower looked like there was soap stuck to the walls and shelves. Some of the furniture looked like it needed to be replaced. And the lobby looked a little messy. The staff were nice however they weren't always available at the front counter. My room looked like it was falling apart a little bit. Overall I would say my stay there was MID at best.

The room smelled funny, a mix of mold and cigarette smoke. The bed comforter had a tear in it that resembled a cigarette burn and the carpet was damp in spots.

The hotel is not up to standard in terms of cleanliness, the furniture is old and broken, and there are concerns regarding the safety and behavior of some current residents. I booked this room not expecting four star accommodations, but this place was awful. The rooms, halls, and elevator were filthy. The room reeked with variety of smells - none of which were good. The room did not have a chair for the desk. Curtains were torn and tattered.

This is the Worst hotel:motel I have ever stayed in. Cigarette burns in the carpet. Holes in the blankets on the bed., graffiti ontje shower curtain rod. Sheets that are worn out and thin, sagging and overly soft mattress, window curtain frayed with holes in it,. But, even if you close your eyes and don’t look at any of the shabbiness of the property the smell will stay with you. Decades of cigarette smoke in the carpet and furnishings. The conditions of this Wyndham property is a disgrace. The CEO Geoff Ballotti should be ashamed of himself for not being aware or being aware and not caring about his properties. WOW! For the love of God if you can afford to stay somewhere else do it. I will say 2 good things. The girl at the front desk ,Rebecca, was CC so sweet and friendly and professional. I hope she gets a job at a place worthy of her. The housing keeping staff kept the room as clean as they could with what they have to work with.

Property is in serious disarray. Awful smell permeating the building, particularly the rooms. Burn marks on the carpet that looks like it’s from 1975. My room furniture was BROKEN, what was supposed to be a desk had only a frame for a drawer. A friend had a room down the hall that had similar issues but the bathroom floor was dirty and slimy to the touch. Needed to go down to the stop n shop to get some Fabreze to try and help. Several guests were “abandoning ship” once they arrived…

First room was two beds instead of one king, that was changed but then there were cigarette burns on the blanket so they changed the room again and at 2 am in the morning some guy got in the room, apparently they forgot to put the change into the computer and gave another customer a key card for the room, so he left and went back to the front desk, yeah didn't sleep well that night.
