Mold on the bathroom ceiling, earwigs crawling on your arms as you sleep, empty electrical sockets with wiring exposed, broken tiles.

Pros: The price
Cons: Showers.
Location: Perfect location if u are not driving.
The hotel itself is kinda cute for the price n right in the middle of everything, except for the showers not clean n curtain old, it's impossible to drive down there safely, the streets are so narrow. DO NOT DRIVE down there , take a cab pls, this is the perfect hotel if u have a budget n if u are not driving.

Not bad for the price

Posted Oct 24, 2015
The hotel does need a few renovations especially in the restroom, but if you just need a place to sleep and shower its decent. Its close to a lot of places, although access by car is difficult due to the construction being done on the road. Overall not too bad.

Nice hotel

Posted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, they understood I spoke very little Spanish but still managed to communicate effectively.
Cons: Refrigerators and chairs in the rooms would be nice addition.
Location: There were several great restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
Spent 15 days in Guadalajara, the only issue I had was the air conditioner wasn't consistent.

needs a better maintenance

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: The appearance on the first impression, the location, is so close to downtown and all the public services.
Cons: A better maintenance, more improvements on the rooms ,like the furniture, they are in bad shape, air conditioners, faucets, shower curtains and rods.
Location: The Location is very convenient, is close to everything and it has all the public services around it, as many touristic places to go close-by.
Unfortunately they were in the need to move me 4 times to different rooms because each one has some malfunctions, either on the bathrooms or air conditioners. In the first one, the sink faucet did have hot water, the shower faucet make a terrible noise every time used, like if it was loose, the towel rod was broken and they didn't take out the broken brackets and they were all rusty and dangerous, the air conditioner on the second night start leaking water on the night table. the second one, the sink faucet was totally loose and the air conditioner in the night start leaking water too and the hot water took almost 10 minutes to came out. the third one was the worst because the toilet was so loose that it turns like 1 1/2" , so I can't used any more, so they gave me another room next day. the last room was much better, it was a double suite and in the beginning looks very nice, until I have to use the sink, it does not have hot water either! and later in the night, the air conditioner start dripping water like the others. There are somethings I want to mention and is that all of the tile-bathrooms are dirty, they have a lot of soap on it, the bathrooms rods are rusty and also the shower curtains are in very bad shape, also the main stars smell a lot dirty and humidity. The Hotel has a good appearance and looks clean, the service from the employees was very good, but it needs a lot of improvements to provide a better service and comfort for the costumers.
