There is no sign no name on the building to know where the place is. It took our taxi an extra 30mins circling the area asking people around no one heard of this place. Taxi called the Olson and the reception person couldn’t tell the taxi where it was. Ridiculous.. It was like a speak easy place to stay I guess. So beware. Anyone can walk in and get in the elevator. You do self check in and check out. Before you check in you get a text to unlock your door. The place is clean smells great in the halls. You can’t ask for a taxi when you leave so you have to take your luggage and walk to some place to get a taxi not convenient at all. We ran into the owner and mentioned a sign out front or back or somewhere to find the place and he said he paid for one but hasn’t gotten it. Hmmm! I wouldn’t stay there again. Such a weird odd situation.

People have hairs everywhere in the bathroom. Look like bed sheets haven't changed. We saw people's hairs on bed sheets as well. When we check - out, the cleaner is cleaning the next room. I have never seen their cart have a set of bed sheets. The room is very nice and good location. Please train your cleaning staffs.

Me encantó la ubicación, la amabilidad del staff, la limpieza, los artículos de tocador, el silencio y la rapidez de check in y check out. Es un buen lugar para estancias cortas pero hay tres detalles que podrían mejorar: 1. La ventilación es deficiente, no hay ventanas y se encierra el olor a humedad, comida y otro más que no identifico. 2. Entiendo que son acabados aparentes pero el techo tenía agujeros tapados con algo parecido a pape, y da la apariencia de suciedad. Para las personas que tenemos alguna fobia a insectos nos causa intranquilidad porque en cualquier momento sentimos que nos va a salir un bicho. 3. Las almohadas están MUY duras e incómodas, podrían ser de mejor calidad para asegurar que los huéspedes descansen además de proveer una botella de agua de cortesía pues no siempre da tiempo de comprarla antes del check in, especialmente para quienes llegamos muy tarde por vuelos retrasados. En general bien, sin embargo, creo que hay áreas de oportunidad, 1. Recomiendo que ya que no hay una persona que te reciba (recepcionista), deberían de contestar las consultas realizadas por Whatsapp 2. Se escucha lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones 3. faltan buros a cada lado de las camas que permitan pones tus cosas por la noche y conectar el celular

La comunicación fue buena, pero al llegar olia todo a comida, la limpieza del cuarto bastante regular había cabellos por todo el baño y en las sabanas tambien encontré, en general falta limpieza, las cortinas estaban safadas de arriba y nadie vino a arreglarlas . La toalla de manos estaba manchada. Las paredes son muy delgadas y se oye todo. No hay techo es como industrial y se ven tubos y vigas. En fin... parece moderno pero es de baja calidad la construcción. Solo me quedaría de nuevo ahi en una emergencia.

Increíble que Expedia catalogue este lugar como hotel! El piso del edificio fue rentado y separado con tabla roca para intentar hacer 5 o 6 habitaciones!

Me dieron acceso media hora después de la hora establecida del check in. Se escuchan ruidos de las otras habitaciones cercanas. Me despertaron muy temprano con ruidos y alarmas de otras habitaciones.
