"There isnt enough room in this message box to list the many MANY issues with this place. If you own a tent, that would be an upgrade from this place. Out of all of the digusting things and violent people next door banging around so hard my beds headboard shook, i would say the worst thing was the fact my door wouldn't lock and i only realised that in the morning. I accidently tried opening the door without even thinking of the lock and it opened. I wondered if maybe i spaced out and unlocked it without thinking. I tried locking it in both lock directions and the door still opened either way. The smokers room that they tried putting me in smelled worse than any smokers room i have ever smelled in my life. The place was infested with flies. They had a fee of $20 per cat if i was bringing any, and my 2 cats somehow ended up costing $66.76...not sure how they did the math on that. The wifi password given to me didn't work. The tv had no cable or smart apps, so it was basically decoration. Surprise fee of $100 also expected on arrival which i didnt know about. I tried getting a refund literally about 3 minutes after i paid because i was so disgusted with the place, and the cost was now so high that it would be the same price or cheaper to go stay in an actual hotel with free breakfast buffet. Im not guessing, i checked. They refused to refund the money i had paid only 3 minutes earlier. The bed was incredibly stiff. I walked head first into spider webs. Run. Don't stay here"

"Comfort Inn was excellent value, with comfortable beds and lovely staff. The room is a bit small for 4 people would be my only complaint. Chrystal who served breakfast was really lovely and kind to our family. "

"Host did not leave enough parking space on the driveway nor informed me Guelph city rules that you can't park on the street. We are from out of town/province where rules like this don't exist. The streets don't have signs themselves and I incurred a 50 fine as a result. There was in house laundry but no laundry soap. Dogs upstairs barked until midnight on our last nights stay. We have dogs at home and understand barking but this was pretty excessive considering the apartment is downstairs. Otherwise a clean unit and beds were comfortable. "
