“The house was perfect for a family vacation with older children/grandchildren. The grandparents and parents had their space and the children/grandchildren had their space. With a beautiful pool area to hang out together and the beautiful beach across the street!”

It has a ton of charm, and the view off the entire back of the home of the emerald green bay is unmatched!Between waking up to amazing sunrises, hearing the sound of the water, while enjoying the bay breeze and watching all of the dolphins swim by, it was one of the most serene and tranquil experiences. The pool and spa are brand new and we loved having options to swim in the pool, paddle board……

“This home worked well for our family. It was an easy one block walk to the beach. The wagon allowed us to load up chairs, toys and bags in one load. Having a pool was a bonus and made our beach vacation even more enjoyable. The pool is shared with the other unit, but at least in our case, it was not a problem. The house was clean and comfortable, and it was equipped well enough for light cooking and meal prep. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“This home is larger than it appears on photos. Very clean. Pool was fantastic. Only negatives are the pool chaise loungers are broken and the grill has broken burners and is dangerous. Other than those 2 things this place is a 10 out of 10”

“We rented this as two families with children aged 1-4. The listing is exactly as expected when we arrived, if not even better in person! The pool was wonderful, the house had all the amenities we needed (which made it very easy to pack and prepare for our trip!) and the location was awesome. Close to amenities like groceries (Publix) and many restaurants. It's also a very short drive from Indian Rocks Beach and "downtown" plus only 30 mins from Clearwater Beach and Downtown. Josh was a great……
