“We had a very small but comfortable room. It included a breakfast with some good choices. What stood out to us was the staff. They are exceptionally thoughtful and helpful. We stayed as part of a family event for Thanksgiving and the staff did all they could to make everyone's stay comfortable and meaningful. We also appreciated the group facilities in the basement for our family reunion at Thanksgiving. ”

“Didnt make it to breakfast but could still obtain banana and yoghurt. This was super nice of them. Had kecard glutch but Chris the evening desk man literally ran upstairs after rescanning ours to check that it worked. Beds were very comfy. Wood surfaces were a little worn...a minor flaw.”

“The only time I spoke with staff was really during check in. She was polite and respectful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. When we were eating breakfast and before we left I noticed that the person working front desk kept going outside to smoke. People were looking for the front desk person but she was still outside. Otherwise it was great. ”

“They upgraded our room from a queen to one with a kingsize bed plus a jacuzzi for the same price. You must get to the continental breakfast before 9a.m. when it closes. Our room was clean and it had a mini fridge and microwave and an ironing board and an iron.”
