The hotel and spa are great value for money. 27 euro per person to use the spa (18 area included) for the duration of the stay. Free large parking area also a big bonus. The room itself is nothing special but certainly does the job and is warm during the cold nights. A bit of noise in the bathroom from neighbouring bathrooms due to them being connected via the vents/pipes.

A wonderful spa retreat
With its two spas and waterpark and its slightly out of town location, this hotel is in our opinion the best spa retreat in Estonia. They also have very unique features like an on-site cinema, saarema mud sauna and honey sauna. Highly recommended!

Definately not 4 star hotel, standard room 3 star maximum. Photos that hotels.com provided for a room was superior room photos but I got standard room. There is no conditioner in room, if outside is 30 C then its hot. Shower with curtin, bathroom looked very cheap. Breakfast and spa was both good

I liked the staff, the system was nice. Room was good. But the food at the hotel was mediocre at best. I found it difficult to book a massage, I liked the hotel though. Would stay again.

Great but no air con
Lovely big room and great facilities. Location a fair drive from Tallinn old town but fine if you have a car. It was very hot while we were there and the air con seemed to be broken in all rooms so the reception staff lent us a fan.

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde, ilmainen pysäköinti ja kylpylän käyttö plussaa. Kylpylähotellin ravintola myös hinnoiltaan kilpailukykyinen, ja laadukas. Yhden yön perusteella ei huonoa sanottavaa.

The balcony in the suite was nice. The bed was perfect, slept like a baby. The spa area were so enjoyable, 18 area even better, definitely recommend and we'll visit again! Sadly the renovation was in progress, so the terrace and one of the saunas were not in use.

Hotellihuoneessa ei ollut minkäänlaisia esitteitä ruokailusta, saatikka karttoja tai muita esitteitä. Kauneushoitolan palveluista ei mitään esitteitä eikä hintoja. Uimahalli ja spa sekä saunat ihan hyviä. En käynyt K18 spasss joten siitä ei kokemuksista. Parkkipaikkoja oli niukanlaisesti.

Perus hotelli, hieman vanhettunut. Hotellin ravintolassa huono ruoka joten sitä ei voi oman kokemuksen mukaan suositella. Pidempään en olisi kuin yhden yön.

Erinomainen ja edullinen kylpyläkokemus
Parkkipaikkoja on vähän, mutta ihan vieressä on 3€ / 24h parkkialue. Ala-aulassa oli remonttia, muttei se haitannut meitä. Huone oli siisti, ikkunan sai auki vaikka ilmastointia ei ollutkaan. Parisänkyä toivoimme, mutta huoneessa olikin erilliset sängyt vierekkäin, se ei haitannut. Sängyt olivat tosi mukavat ja oli hiljaista nukkua. Hissit toimivat hyvin, portaatkin löytyi. Spa oli mukava, saunoja on mooonta, kuntosalikin sisältyy hintaan. Monipuolinen spa tosiaan sisältyy huoneen hintaan. Valitukset lapsiperheistä mielestäni ihan turhia, kuuluu elämään. Ostettiin myös Spa 18+ access illaksi. Kokemus oli ok, mutta saunan tryffelirituaalin laudekivet olivat niin jäätävän kuumat että siinä melkein paloi. Sen jälkeen tuntui tosi moni sauna ja 40 asteinen onsenkin polttavalta, joten niitä jäi kokeilematta. Spa 18+ puolella oli mutasauna, hamam, suolasauna, suomalainen sauna, höyrysauna, kylmäallas, onsen, uima-allas ja poreamme. Makuvesi ja hedelmät sisältyivät myös hintaan. Aamupala oli oikein hyvä. Tuoreita hedelmiä ja vihanneksiä, kahta eri puuroa, lättyjä ja pannukakkuja, jäätelöä ja muuta perinteistä. Terassillakin paljon tilaa syödä. Ihan vieressä kauppakeskuksia, Rimi ja Selver. Late check-out pidennys ei onnistunut kun kysyimme sitä itse liian myöhään, hotelli oli myyty täyteen, mutta se onnistui että luovutimme huoneen klo 12 ja olimme kylpylässä vielä klo 14 asti, maksoi saman 10€ /tunti kuin late check-out. Näin oli mukavaa tekemistä ennen laivaan ajoa.
