The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning in the annex building and the bar is permanently closed. The rooms are small, but very clean and quiet. We’ll come back for sure.

Very comfortable hotel with wellness suite a big +
I stayed at the hotel for four nights. It is located right in the Center of Haan with secure underground parking and it’s location in great for getting dinner and drinks in the evening but it is also incredibly quiet, my room was at the front of the hotel on the 1st floor and I slept with the window open all night. The wellness suite is an incredible bonus for a hotel which is such value. I used the sauna and pool every night. Spotlessly clean and a super way to unwind. The rooms are again very clean and comfortable… German style split mattress and separate duvets and strange pillows but that’s ok, still very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, nice range but get there early! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Have stayed at this hotel a dozen times, each experience varies. The rooms are of different eras and styles, regardless of whether you book the same class each time - this would be fine, but the layout affects business travelers, which are the majority of customers here. I received a room without a desk, which I thought would not be possible in 2017. I stayed another night and got a newer room with a great setup, including a desk. The classes of rooms need to be updated for the customers. Otherwise, it's a great hotel - the wellness center is excellent. Parking can be quite difficult in the little town until about 7PM, when spots open up on the street (garage is always full).

Great hotel for overnight stay!
Good facilities with swimmingpool and spa. Ideal for a short stay. Rooms are spacious enough and fitted with all necessities. Plenty of nice restaurants in walking distance.

Savoy City Class hotel in Haan
The Savoy City Class hotel in Haan is very conveniently located to a lot of restaurants, the Saturday market and some very nice parks. The hotel has a pool, sauna, helpful staff - the whole package.

Ein fast perfektes Hotel
Das Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Mein Zimmer zum Park heraus war sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und ansprechend modern eingerichtet. Auch das Schwimmbad war sehr einladend, gepflegt und sauber. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Alles in allem ein nahezu perfekter Aufenthalt, wenn mir der Herr an der Rezeption noch die für die Kaffeemaschine erbetenen Kapseln ausgehändigt hätte. Ich hatte extra gefragt, ob ich als Vielkaffeetrinker Kapseln erhalten könne, andernfalls würde ich sie mir selbst kaufen. Was zunächst vollmundig bestätigt wurde, wurde später auf unfreundliche Weise nicht eingelöst - auch gegen das Angebot von Bezahlung nicht. Sehr traurig, dass auf diese Weise ein ansonsten perfekter Aufenthalt in nicht ganz so guter Erinnerung bleibt.

Okay, aber nicht meine erste Wahl!
Leider war ich zwei Wochen im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Doppelzimmer, jedoch für zwei Personen maximal zum schlafen geeignet. Das Bad ist nicht so modern wie die Zimmer. Für die Nutzung des Wellnessangebotes muss man über die Straße gehen. Direkt in der Innenstadt von Haan gelegen ist es zum Teil sehr laut (hatte ein Zimmer zur Fußgängerzone/ Straße). Bei meinem Aufenthalt war das Hotel gerade in einer Fassadenrenovierung, was aber Abends/ Nachts nicht das Problem war. Die Parkplatzsituation in der Innenstadt ist mehr als schlecht. es gibt nur sehr wenige (durch die Bauarbeiten noch weniger) freie Parkplätze am Hotel. Die Tiefgarage kostet 13 € am Tag, ohne Garantie einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Das Zimmerfoto in Hotels.com entsprach nicht der Realität - dort war ein größeres abgebildet!

Gutes Hotel in zentraler und dennoch sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude sind klein, die Beleuchtung gering, die Badezimmer älter als die Zimmereinrichtung. Das Sitzbereich beim Frühstück wirkt dunkel und beengt. Fazit: ein gutes Hotel, aber für mich nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert.

Prima hotel, veel restaurants in de nabije omgeving. Let wel op met parkeren, ze adverteren dat het gratis is, maar zet je hem in de parkeergarage van het hotel dan betaal je gewoon 13 euro per dag.
