In the district of Hainzenberg 4 km from the centre of Zell, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 14 km from the centre of Gerlos. For shared use: property, lawn and trees, meadow. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Zell am Ziller" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km. Ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gerlos-Zillertalarena, Hochzillertal, Hintertux / Tuxer Gletscher. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen, Tuxer Gletscher. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The owner lives in the same residence.

Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 room with 1 bed and hand-basin. 2 showers, 2 sep. WC's. Heating. Wooden floors, carpet. Balcony, patio, lawn 100 m2. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The apartment can be booked in winter under AT6280.608.1 (ZAZ315) for up to 14 people.
