“We just did a weekend trip to Leeds and stumbled across this gem on hotel.com. It was the best stay away we have ever had in the UK! The owners were so kind and welcoming, they really do make you feel like you are a member of the family. “We stayed in the Lavender room at the top of the house. It's reached by narrow, windy stairs so be careful! Beautiful spacious room, plenty of storage. The ensuite had both a roll top bath and a separate shower plus a chaise longue! The room was clean but in our opinion, lacked a couple of things like tissues and bottles of water. There was plenty of tea and coffee but no decaf t bags. The pillows leave a lot to be desired as do the towels which were only just absorbent. The breakfast was good……
