"Very clean & comfortable. Staff was very professional. A few maintenance things that could use attention, but they didn't affect my stay. Breakfast was overall very good, but the automatic pancake maker was awful -- very thin and pale pancakes."

"We started in one room that was inside facing the pool, but the AC was not working. We moved to the outside facing the side street where we were on our last stay and it was much better. The fridge and microwave in this room were much nicer than on our previous stay. The towel bar in the sink area was broken and just laying on the counter. We rescued a dog while in town and adding him to the stay was very easy and the price was reasonable. The house keeping staff was very nice and helpful with us and just swapping out towels and taking trash once we had the dog with us. Breakfast again was lacking, I think we ended up going to restaurants in town instead. We will still stay here again next summer as it is very conveniently located and a nice hotel with comfortable beds. The front office girl was on her game this stay! She is just the nicest person."

"We had a phenomenal experience staying at The Shack Cabin. From the beginning, both the owner and property manager were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing.The property itself was fantastic and has easily become one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. Everything about the experience made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Shack Cabin to anyone looking for a great place to get away. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable one!"

"This cabin included all amenities we would ever need! There were plenty of beds for my family and great wifi. It’s close to stores in the area too for any additional needs. Our favorite part was the screened in porch with its seating and TV and plenty of board games to play. We loved it!"
