“Kallt på rummet. Dåligt med öppettider samt gemensamma köket som man skulle kunna utnyttja hade inte ett enda bestick eller tallrik. Det var helt tomt. Dessutom var det ingen frukost på hotellet pga covid vilket inte framgick i någon information.”

“It was very easy and quick to check in, we had 3 rooms with different requirements and all was met. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great, offering a wide range of food and drinks. It was a bonus that it stayed open until 12. Check out was quick and they stored our suitcase until we were ready to leave for the airport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.”

“For the price this hotel was worth it. It is in a new area being built around the central station so there isn't much directly around the hotel but your a short walk to everything including the mall and station.”

“Great location, very clean site. Only issue was that the Stugor cottage accommodation was not as described or as seen in photos. There were supposed to be bunk beds plus one single bed in one room and the soda bed in the living area. There were only bunk beds and the sofa bed. We questioned this with reception and they showed a picture saying does it not look like this, showing the picture that we had seen online with the extra single bed. Clearly staff don't know what the accommodation has……
