“4 staff at the front desk and only 1 was helped me all the while she was helping her co-workers standing next to her help another person. Like why have 4 staff in the front when only 1 would help? Plus the a/c in the room we got did not work. It was hot and humid in there.”

“A fantastic hotel for the price. Beautiful furnishings, modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was amazing, and free breakfast was very satisfying. It was our first time staying in Regina and this hotel is definitely the place we'll stay when we go back.”

“I was disappointed when our room was not cleaned the next day, I wasn't sure if we had to notify the front desk if we wanted the cleaning service.”

“We had the suite with King bed. It was a huge space, bed was very comfy, front desk staff was extremely nice and friendly. The gym was a bit tiny, with one bike, one treadmill, one other, and very light weight weights. Breakfast had a large selection but the bread, toast, waffles were out of bags and on the dry side. A waffle machine would have been nice. ”
