“This property is not as advertised.We left after one night. We were booked for two weeks. The nice pictures may have been from when it was first listed. Some serious renovations and a deep clean needed including a full carpet replacement. Bathroom has black mold under shower knobs; shower curtains are dirty and moldy; children’s bedroom had a squeaky bunk, was missing a fire alarm; washer had rust on the lid. I could go on. Hopefully the pictures tell the story. ”

“Long weekend getaway in downtown Wilmington. The condo was exactly as advertised and modern. Excellent view of the river, bridges and USS North Carolina battleship. Central and easily walkable to all of the restaurants, bars, shopping, and the water walkway. This condo is on the top floor and an end unit, so there was no outside noise, which is awesome for me, as I am a light sleeper. Checking and checking out was a breeze and the owner was excellent to communicate with. Would defintely...

“Loved the location and amenities of this bright airy condo! It’s conveniently located to restaurants and shops in historic downtown Wilmington plus the kitchen boasts everything you could need to prepare simple meals. Parking pass for a nearby parking deck (three short blocks away) worked great, as walking is the best way to move thru downtown. We were a little concerned about the possibility of ambient noise from the riverwalk and nearby venues, but the condo is well-insulated and soundproof....

“Great little apartment. Steve very quick to respond to request such as space heater. It was delivered by Hunter who was friendly and professional. Loved tv in bedroom and stocked coffee for coffee maker. My mom would have liked to have a regular chair to get dressed on in bedroom as bed is high but very comfortable. Stairs a little tricky but my 87 yr old mom made it up them. Great stay overall, hence the rating.”
