“Adorable cottage. Immaculate. Wilmington is lovely. Weather was not. Had to leave early due to nor'easter headed up the coast. All in all had a lovely time.”

“Small rooms and bathrooms. Several roaches/waterbugs. No paperwork on arrival with information such as Wi-Fi, etc… First level is dark and musty. A lot of basic repairs needed. Like door handle falling off, doors not closing/opening easily. Excellent location. Would be better if some basic repairs/updates were done and have exterminator/holes from outside addressed.”

“We had an amazing time! Everything we needed was there at the house. The location is perfect and the cottage was perfect for all our needs giving the adults and the kids their own spaces. We will be back! ”

“This house needs to be looked at by a home inspector. Their is an obvious odor in the living room of mildew or mold, the floors are severely warped with soft spots, and there are light switches (ex: vanity lights in master bathroom) that are not operational. We were left with one towel per bed, for a 5 day stay, only one extra roll of toilet paper, one extra trash bag, only 4 laundry pods, and the creamer at the coffee station was curdled. Additionally, it seemed as though the carpet hadn’t been...
