We love Beau Rivage Golf & Resort, and this is our second time staying here! The rooms are great. We love how spacious they are and how you can drive the golf cart right up to your room. The golf course was in amazing shape, and the practice facility is fantastic. Our only disappointment this time around was the restaurant service. The food is good, and we love that you use beef tallow, but the service can be incredibly slow. Unfortunately, this has happened during both of our stays. One server might come out and get you started, but then they seem to disappear. Another server will come out but seemingly ignore you until you say something. Then, all of a sudden, they're your server. It's confusing and frustrating. The service wasn't quite as bad during our last stay, but this time it was particularly disappointing. We ended up eating only one meal at the restaurant, whereas during our previous visit, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner there for several days. I really hope this can be addressed because we love everything else about the resort! The front desk staff is always very friendly, as is the golf staff. We genuinely enjoy staying here and would love to see the restaurant service improve to match the rest of the experience.
