“Larchwood Motel is well located. However it is severely lacking in up-keep and maintenance. Upon entering the unit it was smelly - stale alcohol/smoke. We opened up the room (it was freezing) for 15 minutes or so to air it out. The curtains are shabby and ill fitting on some windows. The bathroom was adequate but again shabby, a soiled towel had been left on the hook from a previous stay. The one positive is that the bedding/beds were clean and crisp. “Finding the house driveway to the property was a nighmare..i think instructions would be helpful, as the property is on a main road but entrance is tucked away down another street and if you are unfamiliar with hamner it wasn't simple to find, I had to ask the hotel next door how to find it.Otherwise our stay was lovely, very warm house.”

“Very nice little townhouse. Nicely furnished and decorated. Would definitely stay here again. Just a note, that this property may not be manageable for anyone with mobility issues since both bedrooms are up stairs. We are seniors and the stairs were a little challenging.”
