"I was very tired after a long road trip, and during check-in, the lady at the front desk was very quick and clearly explained everything to me, for which I am very grateful. The next day, I had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, and the lady server was extremely professional in her work. The omelet and coffee I ordered were absolutely delicious—thank you to the chef! I truly appreciate everyone’s efforts, and I wish you continued success and prosperity. I really enjoyed the hotel—it’s very cozy and beautiful. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family."

"OUTSTANDING!! Everything stood out!, Staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and attentive. THE VERY BEST!! The rooms were beautiful, lots of small things that were very thoughtful like the Brita water filter, water bottles and Nespresso machine. The highlight of our vacation!! the Food was fabulous. The rates were expensive but worth every single penny. The spa deserves a 10 star rating all on it's own. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when in Sedona. A Must try!!"
