“I travel frequently for work and stay in hotels regularly, and this is the first experience poor enough that I feel compelled to advise others to stay elsewhere. The humidity in my original room was excessive—business papers curled from the moisture, the sheets felt damp, and even the carpet was damp. I reported the issue and asked that the unit be checked. When I returned from work and followed up, the front desk had no knowledge of my request and then said it “must have been checked.” After……

“My bathroom toilet had mold in it. I asked for it to be cleaned while I was gone all day, came back and it was still moldy. Handrails going up stairs were sticky and dirty.. no shampoo or conditioner in shower… found a little bottle by the sink after I was already in shower. Couldn’t have been vacuumed very well as there was a needle used for diabetic use on the floor and there was white stuff on the floor also . Very disappointing for what I had to pay to stay there. Beds were not comfortable!!”

“The staff were polite but were totally overwhelmed. The outside and lobby area looked unkempt. There was no bedding or towels in our room and we were told they were a week behind on laundry. We did get linens later that day. The room was filthy. It had a layer of dust everywhere and spider webs in the corner. We were in the handicap room. The 2nd morning we had a mouse in the room. My husband said the breakfast was very poor. I refused to eat anything from their kitchen. We paid $340.26 for 2……
